個人情報保護への社会的要請がますます高まる中、当社はグループ企業各社とともに、お預かりした大切な個人情報ならびに、事業活動にかかわる人すべての個人情報を守るために、個人情報保護方針を掲げ遵守します。

取り扱う個人情報

当社は、以下の情報を個人情報として取り扱います。

  • 広告主、媒体社及び協力会社等のお取引先からお預かりする、キャンペーン等により得られた個人を特定出来る情報。
  • アンケート調査や消費者動向調査等により得られた、個人を特定出来る情報。
  • その他の事業活動により得られた、個人を特定出来る情報。
  • 当社の従業員等の個人を特定出来る情報。

その情報だけでは個人を特定出来なくても、他の情報と簡単に照合することによって、個人を特定出来る情報も個人情報として取り扱います。また、これらの個人情報は、紙、画像、音声、電子データ等形態を問いません。

We hold important personal information from our Clients, media, and partner companies in our business activities.
We believe that protection of such personal information is an essential obligation in our corporate activities. We also protect personal information of all employees as well as those who are involved in our business activities.
In line with further increase in the societal demand for personal information protection, we, together with our group companies, define the privacy policy for compliance, in order to protect the important personal information we hold from our business counterparts, as well as that of all people who are engaged in our business activities.

Personal Information Handled by Dentsu Young & Rubicam

We treat the following as personal information:
  • Information we hold from our business counterparts including Clients, media, and partner companies, which have been obtained through activities such as marketing campaigns and can identify individuals.
  • Information we obtained through various surveys such as questionnaire surveys and consumer attitude surveys, which can identify individuals.
  • Information we obtained through other business activities, which can identify individuals.
  • Any other information which can identify individuals, such as our employees.
If information is not sufficient to identify an individual when used alone, but can be used for the same purpose with a simple reference to other information, we treat such information as personal information. Personal information may take any form, including paper-based, graphical, audio, and electronic data.
